Dr. Lenore R. Gall, who served as National President of the National Association of University Women (2002–2006), dedicated her life to uplifting others through education, service, and sisterhood. A lifelong educator, Dr. Gall embodied NAUW’s mission to serve women, youth, and the disadvantaged in our communities and in developing countries by addressing educational issues and strategically partnering with allied organizations.In keeping with her unwavering devotion to education, the Flushing North Shore Branch—which she founded in 1995 while serving as Sectional Director—is proud to establish the Dr. Lenore R. Gall Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship honors her vision, leadership, and enduring commitment to advancing educational opportunities for future generations
